When the deadline decides the mode

The fastest way to move commercial cargo internationally, suited to urgent, high-value or perishable shipments.

Air freight costs more per kilogram than other modes, but it takes days off the journey. It's usually the right choice when a late delivery would cost more than the freight itself: a production part, a seasonal order, samples for a buyer, or goods with a short shelf life.

We arrange air shipments with airline carriers on your behalf, comparing routing and available space, preparing the air waybill and related documents, and coordinating cargo handover and customs formalities.

Airlines charge on whichever is greater: actual weight or volumetric weight. A light but bulky shipment can therefore cost more than its weight suggests, so packing is often worth discussing before you book.

How air freight works with us

  1. Step 1

    Share cargo details

Contents, weight, dimensions, destination and the date it needs to arrive.

  2. Step 2

    Compare routing

We look at suitable carriers and routings and explain the options.

  3. Step 3

    Prepare and hand over

Documents are checked and cargo is delivered for airline acceptance.

  4. Step 4

    Arrival and delivery

Clearance and onward delivery are coordinated at destination.

When it's a good fit

  • Urgent replacement parts and machinery components
  • Samples and time-critical orders for overseas buyers
  • High-value goods where transit risk should be short
  • Goods with a limited shelf life
