Road transport is the backbone of Nepal's trade with its neighbours, and it's often the first and last stage of air and sea shipments too. It's the mode that can actually reach a factory gate or a project site.

We arrange transport within Nepal and across its borders, matching the vehicle to the cargo and planning around the realities of the route, including mountain roads, weather and border procedures.

For cross-border movements, documents have to be right before the vehicle arrives at the checkpoint. We prepare them with you, and coordinate with customs clearance so the cargo isn't left waiting at the border.

How road freight works with us

  1. Step 1

    Define the route

Pickup point, destination, cargo size and timing.

  2. Step 2

    Match the vehicle

We arrange transport that suits the load and the road.

  3. Step 3

    Prepare border papers

For cross-border cargo, documentation is completed in advance.

  4. Step 4

    Coordinate delivery

We stay in contact with the transport team through to delivery.

When it's a good fit

  • Moving goods between Nepalese cities and industrial areas
  • Regional trade with neighbouring countries
  • Delivering to sites that need direct road access
  • The inland leg of an international shipment
